You are responsible for all activities under your account. Keep your login credentials secure. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
SmileWidget aggregates and displays reviews from third-party platforms ("Sources"). All review content belongs to the respective third parties and original authors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not create, verify, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content.
We collect and display this publicly available content solely to help you showcase reviews on your website. All sources are attributed and linked where applicable.

You have the ability to configure which sources to display and whether to show full review content or only aggregate ratings, depending on your preferences and compliance with each Source platform's terms.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
You agree that SmileWidget is not liable for any claims arising from your use of third-party review content.
We endeavor to attribute review sources and link to their original platforms where feasible. You may not remove, hide, or obscure source attribution (including platform logos, source names, or links to original reviews) displayed by the widget.
You may only add review sources for businesses you own, operate, or are authorized to represent. You certify that any reviews displayed through your widget correspond to a business you have the right to represent.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to verify your authorization to represent any business. If we receive a complaint from a business owner claiming unauthorized use, we may suspend or remove the relevant sources without notice pending resolution.
We are not responsible for verifying your relationship to any business profile and will not be liable for any unauthorized use.
Our Service depends on access to third-party platforms. These platforms may change their terms, modify their systems, or restrict access at any time. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party platform changes.
We reserve the right to discontinue support for any Source platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or compensation. Discontinuation of a Source does not entitle you to any refund or credit.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the Service at any time. We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature set, functionality, or data availability.

Important: SmileWidget is a general-purpose software tool. We do not provide healthcare services, legal advice, compliance consulting, or professional guidance of any kind. Any features described as "compliance" features, "HIPAA" features, "AI compliance" features, or similar terminology are marketing descriptions only and do not create any warranty, guarantee, professional duty, or assurance of regulatory compliance.
Any compliance-related tools, suggestions, flags, or automated features we may provide are informational only, may contain errors, and do not constitute legal, medical, or compliance advice. You should not rely on any such features as a substitute for professional compliance review.
You acknowledge that you have not relied on any compliance-related representations from SmileWidget in making your decision to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your HIPAA violations, regulatory non-compliance, or reliance on any compliance-related features of the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

SmileWidget subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current rate until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us before your renewal date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until then.

We may offer a free trial so you can evaluate SmileWidget before subscribing. Trial duration and terms may vary and are specified during signup. No credit card is required to start a trial unless otherwise indicated.
At the end of your trial, if you do not subscribe:
We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during any trial period, as this is your opportunity to determine whether the Service meets your needs before making a purchase.
All sales are final. Because our Service is provided continuously from the moment of payment and you have the ability to cancel at any time to prevent future charges, we do not provide refunds for subscription payments.
We encourage you to use any available free trial to evaluate the Service before purchasing. Your decision to purchase after a trial period, or without using a trial, indicates your satisfaction with and acceptance of the Service.
We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider refunds in limited circumstances. Any decision to provide a refund is made on a case-by-case basis and does not create any precedent or obligation for future requests.
Refunds required by applicable law will be provided in accordance with such law.
No partial refunds or credits are provided for unused time remaining in any billing period. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
If you purchase an annual subscription and decide to cancel, you may cancel at any time to prevent renewal. No refunds or partial refunds are provided for the remaining months of an annual subscription.
For EU Users: By using the Service after purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed or, if the Service is ongoing, once performance has begun with your prior express consent.
If you believe content displayed through our Service infringes your copyright, contact us with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) location of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; (6) your physical or electronic signature.
We endeavor to respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with applicable law and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

We reserve the right to terminate your access for any violation and to bring legal action where appropriate. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SmileWidget from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the ONE (1) MONTH immediately preceding the claim, or FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50 USD), whichever is LESS.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. To request complete deletion of your account and data, contact us.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, hostilities, government actions, sanctions, natural disasters, pandemics, infrastructure failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved this way.
YOU AND SMILEWIDGET AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, mass action, representative action, or consolidated proceeding against SmileWidget. This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and SmileWidget waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
For EU Users: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Assignment. We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights hereunder at any time without notice or consent. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SmileWidget regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
Interpretation. These Terms shall not be construed against the drafter.
